日Leader detection released 軍 "Machine sound that you don't know......Korea-Japan Para
The position of the two countries is still parallel as the South Korean military downplayed the "pixel radar detection sound" released by Japan's Defense Ministry on Monday, which was revealed by Japan's Defense Ministry, and expressed regret.

On the same day, Japan released two voice files on its website: "Radar Detection Sound for Chemical Organizers" and "Dar Detection Sound for Search." In particular, the South Korean military explained that the sound of radar detection of the chemical engine system is nothing more than Japan's unilateral deterrence, which has not been objectively verified.

In response, the South Korean Defense Ministry said scientific and objective verification is needed with experts from both countries participating.
The sound of radar detection by Japan's fire engine system sounds like a harsh sound of iron, which sounds harsh to Japan's ears. Eighteen seconds makes a strong mechanical sound. Every second of every second, the sound of radar detection is "beep, beep, beep." It introduced about 21 seconds.

"We carefully analyzed the frequency, intensity, and received waveforms of the radar waves that were investigated (shutdown) on the P-1 patrol aircraft in the marine self-defense force," the Defense Ministry said in a reference file along with the voice file.

"We proposed to jointly verify the use of radar, such as the data of radar waves detected according to reciprocity and the data converted into sound waves of radar waves, and the performance of the chemical-instrument radar of the destroyer in Korea, but we didn't accept it," he said.

This argument in the Department of Defense is no different from what it has been. Japan has claimed that its destroyer, King Gwanggaeto, fired a chemical-control radar (STIR-180), into its P-1 patrol aircraft in connection with the operation of a search radar while searching for the ship that was wrecked on March 20.

Japan, which has been making video clips and trying to publicize the situation internationally, made its unilateral claim on the 32nd day of the incident.

In response, South Korea's Defense Ministry expressed regret over Japan's unilateral announcement of the suspension of the talks without presenting the relevant data in detail.
◇ "Detailed visual, directional, and frequency characteristics detected by the instrument shall be disclosed...Joint Specialist Validation Required"

When the Japanese Defense Ministry disclosed that it was a radar-detecting sound on the day, the South Korean Defense Ministry claimed that the sound could not be a "smoke gun" (deterministic evidence).

In particular, a radar expert at the Agency for Defense Development (ADD) told reporters that Japan's detection sound was machined with a mechanical sound, which is different from the typical RWR (radar alarm receiver). We estimate it to be processed.

"We cannot conclude that the electromagnetic wave that Japan made contact with at the time was a trace radar (STIR-180) sound because various radars were operated at sea on the 20th of last month," he said. "We cannot confirm that the sound was a fire engine (fire control) radar (on the Gwanggaeto battleship)."

However, ADD explained, 실시간야동"The search radar sound that Japan released is correct."

Choi Hyun-soo, a spokesman for the Ministry of National Defense, downplayed the radio wave, saying, "The electromagnetic wave that the South proposed cannot identify the timing of detection, azimuth, and characteristics of electronic waves that we requested, and the actual sound is unknown."
The Ministry of National Defense (MND) also requested detailed data on the detection sound, saying that Japan's unilateral claim of detection is an "inaccurate warning (detection) sound."

At that time, the Defense Ministry said that Japan should disclose accurate information such as the characteristics of defense and frequency, not the inappropriate public opinion, but the scientific and objective verification of the two countries' experts.

Military experts have also explained that in order to give a warning that Japan was recorded in its patrol aircraft, data on recording timing, azimuth and frequency characteristics should be presented together to determine whether the warning was from the STIR-180 of the Gwanggaeto ship.

The detection sound that Japan released, claiming was recorded by its P-1 patrol aircraft, seems to have been recorded on a radar alert receiver (RWR) mounted on the patrol aircraft.

RWR is a device that detects threatening radar signals and presents information such as whether the signals are for attack or detection to pilots. The RWR reacts to the navigation radar as well as the tracking radar.
The Gwanggaeto ship is equipped with a two-dimensional long-range navigational anti-aircraft radar (AN/SPS-49), a three-dimensional anti-ship and anti-air radar (MW-08), and a STIR-180 radar. Among them, MW-08 is a combination of airspace mode and tracking and induction mode. The STIR-180 tracks targets by shooting radar waves of large and long waves.

The South Korean military has consistently argued that the STIR-180 did not operate and that the other two radars operated in anti-aircraft mode.

At that time, the South Korean Coast Guard, which was working with King Gwanggaeto to rescue the North Korean fishing boat, was operating a radar. Our Coast Guard uses Kelvin radar as both a search and a gun control. Due to this, some have speculated that Japan mistook the radar operated by the Korean Coast Guard for the purpose of controlling the firing of the Gwanggaeto vessel.

"Even if the radar alarm itself sounds, it cannot be proof," a military expert said. "It cannot be clear whether it is an electromagnetic wave in STIR-180 or an electromagnetic wave in MW-08 (three-dimensional anti-aircraft radar) tracking and induction mode."

The Ministry of National Defense has repeatedly demanded that experts from Korea and Japan participate in scientific and objective verification.
