Disable LED's
#1
Hi everyone,

Does anyone know of a way to disable the Blue/Red LED's?
I use this PC in a small dark bedroom, and at night the whole room illuminates, and can be damned annoying to say the least.
The ideal scenario would be to just disable the Blue LED, but if it comes to none or both, I would prefer none.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Or just put black insulating tape over the led

That's what I was thinking of doing. But also leaving a little bit 'open' at a corner so I can still see some power status.
Bit of a pain though to open up the box just to do this.

Hi, I'm new to the forum and saw this question.

Suggested solution: Open the case and disconnect the LED connector from the motherboard.
This would then let you remove the tape and still have an aesthetically pleasing mini PC box.
